I give talks and workshops on everyday negotiation, building trust, and gaining influence in complex organizational and social settings.

Drawing on my research and teaching at American University’s Kogod School of Business and my experience as a mediator, I connect research with practical questions professionals face in their work.

My speaking also explores how people can collaborate effectively with AI while protecting human judgment, accountability, and trust.
